Welcome to OG Choc Cookie Co. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

OG Choc Cookie Co is a small, independent bakery located in Rock Hill, SC. We specialize in handcrafted baked goods made from scratch using high-quality ingredients. Our services may include custom orders, pre-orders, catering, and online ordering.

2. Product Availability and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in ingredient costs or market conditions.

  • Custom orders may include additional charges based on design, flavor, or size.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders cancelled at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made after 48 hours but before 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Missed pickups will be treated as cancellations, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Pickup and Delivery

  • We do not offer rescheduling for pickup or delivery times. Missed pickups will be treated as cancellations.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive within the scheduled time frame or make arrangements in advance.

  • Delivery availability is limited and may be subject to a delivery fee and minimum order amount.

6. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

  • We DO NOT currently offer gluten-free and allergen-friendly products, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens.

  • We CAN guarantee products are free from cross-contamination.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including photos, logos, and product designs, is the property of OG Choc Cookie Co and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Our maximum liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
