Please review our refund policy below to ensure clarity regarding cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.
- If an order is canceled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued.
- Orders canceled on the day of pickup are non-refundable.
- In the event that OG Choc must cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
Larger Orders (50 Cookies or More)
- For orders of 50 cookies or more, the same 24-hour cancellation window applies.
- No refunds will be issued for large or catering orders canceled after the 24-hour period.
- Large orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
No Rescheduled Dates
- We do not offer rescheduled pickup or delivery dates.
- If a scheduled pickup is missed or a reschedule is requested, we are unable to accommodate changes.
Perishable Nature of Our Items
- Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, refunds cannot be offered beyond the conditions outlined above.
