Refund and Cancellation Policy for OG Choc

Please read our refund policy below to ensure clarity regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations
• Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.
• We are able to offer a full refund for orders cancelled with 48 hours notice or more
  
• Any order cancelled on the day of pickup WILL NOT be refunded.
• Partial refunds will be given for orders cancelled after the 48 hour period but before the 24 hour cutoff.

1. Larger Orders (50 Cookies or More)

• For orders of 50 cookies or more, the 48-hour cancellation window still applies.
• No refunds will be issued for large or catering orders that are canceled after the 24-hour period.
• For these large orders, we require at least 7 days notice before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

1. No Rescheduled Dates

• Please note that we are unable to accommodate rescheduling for pickups or deliveries. If a scheduled pickup is missed, it will be considered a cancellation.
  

1. Perishable Nature of Our Items

• Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances beyond the conditions outlined above.
